- Kevin W. Jones has been practicing immigration law for over ten years. He handles all aspects of immigration including complex litigation cases. He has represented large organizations such as hospitals and restaurants as well as individuals. Kevin graduated from Pace Law School in 1996 where he was a member of the Pace Law Review. Prior to law school Kevin served in the United States Air Force as a Russian linguist. He graduated from the prestigious Defense Language Institute in Monterrey, California.
- Carmen Casado handles all types of immigration matters and has represented numerous world-renowned athletes, artists and performers. In addition to her experience as an immigration attorney Carmen worked at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the international branch of the American Arbitration Association. Carmen attended California Western School of Law graduating magna cum laude, and was an associate editor of the CWSL International Law Journal, and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. Carmen is admitted to practice law in California and New York State. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Eric Lucentini (of counsel) has represented a range of immigration clients in all aspects of the litigation process, with an emphasis on criminal deportation proceedings. His appellate work has involved numerous appearances before the Board of Immigration Appeals and other federal tribunals. In addition to several years in private practice with Jones & Lucentini LLP, Eric has been a commercial litigation associate with White & Case LLP. Eric graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was an editor of the American Review of International Arbitration. Eric is bilingual in English and Italian.
- Sandra Lucentini (of counsel) was a litigation associate with the New York firm of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where much of her time was spent on matters for pharmaceutical industry clients. She has also done work on litigation for major commercial clients, including a leading financial services firm, and the City of New York. Sandra graduated from Fordham Law School, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Sandra is bilingual in English and French.
- Angelo G MacDonald (of counsel) concentrates in Criminal, Civil and Immigration law (Removal and Deportation Proceedings). From 1986 to 1999 he was a senior trial assistant district attorney in the Homicide and Sex Crimes Units of the Bronx County, New York District Attorney′s Office where he tried approximately 60 felony cases before juries. Angelo regularly appears as a contributing legal commentator on Court TV, MSNBC and Fox News. He is also the legal consultant to New York Times bestselling author Robin Cook. Angelo is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law.
