Located in downtown Manhattan, Jones Casado LLP represents clients nationwide and internationally in all aspects of U.S immigration law. Among our U.S. immigration law practice areas are family immigration, business immigration, asylum, and removal (deportation) proceedings.
Together with our co-counsel Lucentini & Lucentini LLP we also represent clients in appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the USCIS Administrative Appeals Unit and the Department of Labor’s Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals. In this regard we also assist other attorneys in briefing and motion practice before these appellate bodies.
Our attorneys are multilingual and can accommodate clients in Spanish, French, and Italian and are available to travel overseas to represent clients at U.S. consulates abroad.
We are also available to assist businesses in preparing for Immigration and Customs Enforcement Audits.
